Would be a 5 as the store was clean and awesome customer service but your boys need more training the shaver was pulling on my son's hair when cutting. Son asked for boxed after haircut and the young guy got it all wrong. The side burns are uneven and barely has side burns now, he took to much of the back he boxed way to high past his actual hair line and missed a chunk of hair. I know you gotta learn somehow or way but don't use your customers as guinea pigs.

They don't take you seriously/ haircut serious if you don't look older even after I explained the haircut.I came in between 1 - 2pm to get a hair cut. I asked for a taper when the barber called me and I said I had not tried this haircut before but I want 1.5 on the sides and to trim the top of the hair. Then I'll look at it and adjust by letting him know.Not completely sure what has happened here as my friend was called out by same barber, the guy at the front moved him away from the same barber one and got him to switch barber because the other didn't know how to do a taper.My friend received a detailed taper was not rushed and received the hot towel at the end.My haircut was not a proper taper, was rushed and treated as if it was a quick kids haircut and not taken seriously.Wouldn't give a refund for a haircut they messed up, was told to come in again..

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Been going to these guys since 2017. So about 6 years now and haven’t gone to any barber since. Love the service and the staff are awesome. If you’re looking for a quality cut, see these guys and hit up “Daniel” or “Has” and they’ll sort you out. Good guys, solid crew.

The cut was great and on all 3 times I’ve come here I’ve enjoyed the cut, however this time the customer service was horrible. No words of hello or how was your day just a sit and when I didn’t do the right head movements through out the cut the barber would get upset and treat me as a baby saying scissors are dangerous and if I can’t be still or tilt my head in the way he wants I will get hurt. I understand this however the way he put this multiple times made me feel uncomfortable and upset. I can not read minds and so I can not posture myself to benefit the barber unless he asks. Just unfortunate for me that he was asking too rudely and inconsiderately. Like I said thought, the cut was good. Just the attitude ruined my day.

Today, I had this guy who, I believe just came off his break. He smelt of cigarettes. It wasn’t very pleasant sitting beneath him while getting my hair done. He wasn’t kind or at least DIDNT seem friendly like the rest of the team. It just seemed like he wanted to get the job over and done with. He may have just having a rough day, which is fine - I understand that.Later on, he continued to do my razor fade. And bro, this guy was very rough that I kept flinching bc the razor was scratching my head. This was to the point where he spoke to me and said something on the lines of “if you want me to do it nicely you gotta stop moving” and I told him that it was hurting. While he was gone off somewhere, I touched my head & saw a tiny bit of blood on my fingers (nothing too serious), but it did leave scratches though. He checked the blade & changed it (not sure if that meant it hadn’t been cleaned prior but it’s whatever). And to add, the right side of my fringe is longer than the other…While the fade & tracks was nicely done, I received and experienced poor customer service… and a poor fringe ☹️.Thanks, but sorry Brad.

First time customer with my son, could not be happier with the service I received. Took the time required to cut my 2 year old hair. My go to barber from now on !!

Very bad service, he kept checking his phone and talking at me with attitude, but when he “dry” shaved me with his cut throat razor and no hot towel or balm. I will never use this shop or recommend them. The worst barber shop I have ever used.

Really disappointed with my experience yesterday. It was my third time in a row at this place and have been very impressed beforehand. I came with my brother and he got a really nice cut from the guy who did me last time, but I got a lazy guy who legit spent five minutes on me. I told him twice politely to use scissors to trim down my top, but he continued to use clippers and did a real messy job. I mean I have lumps standing up in patches. I asked for a comb over. How are you meant to do a comb over without scissors and only using clippers at the top??? He put hardly any effort into the cut and I felt like an animal being moved along as quickly as possible. When my brother and I went to pay, the kind lady asked if we were students and we said yes, so she took five bucks off each cut on the cash register. The boss overheard her and gave her a dirty look, so when we gave her $50 money, expecting $10 change we didn’t get it. Bit disappointing as my past experiences here have been really good. Won’t be going back cause I don’t trust which barber I’ll get and the student thing was just awkward and rude.
