Really got angry with one old employee. She pushes you out when you haven't even had time to pickup your meal, serves over the top of you while your still waiting for your change . How rude. Might think she's fast but how many people will stop going if they have to deal with that service?

It might be a really good idea that whoever the owner is, should strongly encourage his two staff members at 11th ace shop and working at 2.30 pm on 22.3.16, not to argue about rosters and break times in front of customers waiting to be served. Pretty pathetic and they were lucky that customer didn't walk out and go somewhere else. Then service was unfriendly with pies and chips that had been probably warmed up day. Customer service in retail and hospitality must be number 1 at all times.

Dislike restaurant owners that are fake pretender , almost the same bad attitude like zambrero's mildura owner the way they behave. Witnessed a hard-working delivery driver being questioned rather rudely on why he's being early to pick up... Purely nonsense should have appreciated delivery that are early rather than later.
