One of the Staff member is so rude and don't have manners while giving the orders .they just throw the orders into hands and they speak rudely.never recommend someone to visit this store.

26/07/21 at about 4.25pm.I got fuel, a water and a pie. The young male attendant seemed to have taken some time to find the pie I got on the til. I paid eventhough I thought the amount was a bit too much than I would have spent. He asked if I wanted a receipt, I said yes. He gave my receipt facing it downwards.And of course my receipt showed the truth, I was charged twice for my water. I don't see how one can scan it twice by 'accident' as he said. He didn't think to look at the receipt when I brought it back, straight up took coins from the till and gave it back to me.. I paid by card, but got refunded cash. What if it was a credit card; I'd get charged interest!I won't be back, that's for sure. Expensive fuel, and thieves serving behind the counter. Looking at other reviews I do not believe this was an accident! If management really manages this account, you should be looking into your cameras to see if other customers have been robbed too!

Drove past, sells petrol

Elderly lady that works here with short brown hair has stolen money of me and my partner twice after trying to put money on our go cards she gives You back your go card after paying for a top up but there is nothing on the go card! Will be reporting this lady it is not a coincidence!! Do not let her serve you!! Zero stars!

Good fuel, good staffs, clean store

This afternoon I stopped at BP Mona Vale corner of Darley st and Barrejoey rd.After paying for my fuel my car wouldn't start.I did the right thing and pushed my car out of the way away from the bowsers. I'm only 50 kgs! After a struggle a nice man helped me.I went inside to inform the attendant that my car wouldn't start and I was going to get my mechanic who was in the next street.She had zero sympathy for me and told me I cannot leave my car there!We had a little back and forth. I ended up trying to hand her the key and told her she was welcome to move it as I'm leaving to get my mechanic and would be back in 10 mins.Very rude and I usually spend approx $100 in fuel per week.I will never return to BP
