Absolutely wonderful service from these guys every time. They recently helped me out when a stone was caught in my brakes and the car was making ungodly noises. I was almost in tears by the time I got into town and they fixed it up quickly without fuss. I really appreciated them making a bad day better. Thanks again.

Took my car here to diagnose an intermittent issue. While they could not replicate the issue or determine the exact cause they did find a loose wire and tightened it for free. My car has been running fine since. I would happily come here again for my car's next service.

Shout out to the blokes working on 8/6/23.Super kind, great manners with even better customer service. They looked at my car, diagnosed a problem, did the best they can to relive the diagnosis and sent me on my way. They didn't tell me what I didn't need. They told me what I would eventually need and what will get me through until then.I have a large car and this came to free of change which was a big surprise for me.I appreciate you all, should have come here before anywhere else. Thank you for your service and support. :)

After had endured the frustrations of having my vehicle serviced etc at a large corporate manufacturers workshop it was a breath of fresh air having discovered that my lease vehicle was able to be taken care of at mycar Toowoomba.No four weeks waiting time and trying to estimate how many kilometres I may do in four weeks time so I could book ahead.I had two head lights go in one week, no trying to squeeze me in a weeks time and leave my vehicle all day, being made to feel like a massive favour was done for me. No, Luke and Ty understood what was required, made me feel like a valued customer.There is no way that you can go past the service, friendliness and professionalism offered by Luke, Ty and the Team. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.
