If I have seen a couple of reviews here about bad customer service. But I had the exact opposite experience. I was helped by a friendly staff member named Dylan. I’m not really good with fashion and what looks good but Dylan showed me everything I could possibly need to look amazing. I found the perfect suit for my work functions and I looked fantastic in it. I will definitely be recommending MJ Bale to my colleagues and telling them Dylan is the man to see.

The best customer service experience I have ever had at the Chermside store. Isabella went above and beyond for my partner & his groomsmen for our wedding. She was so thorough and explained everything and gave excellent recommendations. She continuously followed up to ensure we were happy with the suits and if we needed anything else. Great staff! I've recently started a new job teaching and felt I needed to revamp my wardrobe to look the part. I was served by a man named Dylan and was blown away by the customer service. I worked in hospitality a long time and so I'm pretty aware of the routine niceties that come with customer service, but even still, his sevice felt so genuine and he went so above and beyond I had to leave a review. Dylan took the time to understand all my needs, not just the style specifics, but the way I needed to feel and the confidence I needed to look and act the part in my new job. Dylan is also just the epitome of men's fashion, he was cool, and very real, and he knew exactly not just what he likes and wears, but what I needed and what compliments me. If I come back to this store should I need more suits and formal wear, I will probably be asking for Dylan!

My fiancé booked me into Chermside MJ Bale today. Before I went in I already new non of the suits would fit me and I probably was going to waste my time. Dylan who looked after me changed my entire attitude. I normally buy Hugo Boss suits, however Dylan was super attentive, personal, knowledgeable and passionate. He knew exactly what he was doing and really took the time to take care of us. I walked out with an amazing suit.
