Ordered a couple of Caline pedals from Underdog’s web shop. They shipped the next day. I called the shop a day later to try to figure out if the pedals shipped with battery clips, since I had seen some conflicting info on the internet about it. Toby was super friendly and helpful, and remembered my order. He said he was pretty sure they did, then went and checked his existing stock to confirm.Pedals came well packaged, with a bonus guitar pick, sticker, and a hand-written note on the tax receipt thanking me for the order.Overall, super impressed with the buying experience. I’m just sorry I’m not local and can’t stop into the shop. Would definitely order from them again.

Excellent service! Bought two guitar pedals, they were shipped and tracking number emailed to me in less than 24 hours. Upon opening the package I was greeted with a U.D guitars sticker, guitar pick and hand written note thanking me for my purchase. One teeny tiny thing I would like to see improved on is to add a little protection around my items for shipping. Both items were still received in perfect working order. Overall was a 10/10 experience and I will be shopping here again in the future.
