Sophie has created an amazing program that systematically goes through food group's.I was on a journey of discovery and learning.Sophie taught me so much. She has changed my life as l now know how to handle eating out and any food situations. I have a very healthy relationship with food now which has certainly calmed my mind. I wish l had completed the course a long time ago. Don't hesitate join her program and live a better life.
