We needed a bunch of flowers for someone in hospital ASAP on a saturday. They took the order over the phone and had them ready and delivered within the hour. The service was helpful and kind. Much appreciated at a difficult time.

Sent a delivery for Mother's Day and was not very impressed. Contacted via email (and sent pics of what should have received and what was delivered). I understand the situation we are all in, but a bunch of daisies and greenery with 2 roses and a little something else is not what I ordered. Will send money next time and tell her to go to supermarket or servo for better bouquet of flowers. And NO, I won't be using the 30% off voucher, but thanks for return email.

After my original post, the florist sent a 2nd bouquet of flowers to my friend and followed up with a phone call to me. She also explained that my order had been placed through a 3rd party which I was not aware had happened. (I thought I had placed my order directly with the florist.)I was extremely impressed with her fast and immediate actions to remedy my initial disappointment and would now recommend this florist. Don't make same mistake I did by using a 3rd party.Thank you again MariaKind regardsLorraine

Ordered a bouquet of flowers for Mothers Day.. Flowers didn't look fresh. Very disappointed with the amount of money they cost me.
