My appointment was at 10am. I arrived about 9.50. I sat waiting until 10.20 with no interaction from any of the staff. I got out of my seat and let let them know to never mind and that I couldn’t wait any longer. I didn’t receive any apology. I gave them 3 stars instead of 1 as I assume they are good at accounting (I suppose I’ll never know), just not with punctuality or communication during my experience. Cheers.

sadly was charged 4 times the amount of other accountants, sadly then had to call & email him for a month with no reply's or return phone calls for our business needs..so we wanted to leave & sadly then he made it very hard for us to leave & made up a doggy invoice for 500 bucks for work he never did and we have no record of receiving, good news as we were leaving we called around a lot of people have left his business for reasons also. I thought I had seen everything.. till my company sadly dealt with this PETER RANDFORD.

The worst accounting firm, Neil the son of Peter is forgetfull and most of the Tax paperwork gone missing whe the customer makes a complaint to his father, he hang up on you, they are soo incompetent i would not recommend it.
