What a great experience! Out of all the StrandBags store this is the best customer service I have received. The girls were so lovely and happy to help me find the perfect suitcase for my trip to Bora Bora!Well worth the trip.

Have 2 exact same bags at 2 different prices, brought it to the attention of one of the staff member. She said yes no worries will do it for the cheaper price. I needed to buy 3 of them.Looked around as needed to get other size bags too. Went to the till the same staff member mentioned she don't know how to put it through the till her manager has gone for lunch, if I can come back in half and hour. Half hour later go back they said still waiting for senior manager to get back to them.50 mins later they call back trying to explain on the phone, I mentioned I will come back to the store. went down hill from here. Staff got rude refused to understand. I had enough of them wasting my time agreed to pay at the full price but they refused to give me the bags I had put aside. Jasmin was very rude the new girl the Muslim girl didn't get het name was trying to be helpful but Jasmin just useless and very rude. Store manager over the phone said she will send me an email to make a complaint about the situation and am still awaiting. Because of there time waste I ended up having to pay more on parking on top the extra I had to pay for the suitcases.

Very super friendly staff! Store manager was great with her colleagues helping them figure out a situation. Always happy to help out- worth the trip to DFO for the cheap prices too!

Brand bought : FlyliteRubber went off the wheel on first use. Contacted the support that told me it's normal wear and tear. What a joke.

Worst customer service ever. The girls are mean and their attitude is rude. Music volume is like in a nightclub. Which makes the experience even worst. It can be heard from the foodcourt
