Brian called me back promptly and his kindness, understanding, and entire demeanour was an instant comfort and I knew I didn't have to look any further. Brian arranged everything smoothly and carefully. We had some unusual requests (such as sending her off in her birthday suit - her favourite outfit!) but Brian, Marie, and his team never batted an eyelid and were endlessly accommodating.
