We have been using Brett from Coastwide Service Center over the past couple years to service our family's 8 cars. He is very honest and knowledgeable. There has not been a problem too hard and he is very accomodating. I would not use any another mechanic after using Brett - he's the best! Highly recommend this company.

I was in a sticky situation with my commodore ute, i broke down on the gold coast and am from the country and had to get back home for work in a few days. The lads at coastwide were brilliant, they helped me get it moved from one shop that were too ‘busy’ to even look at it and got her running in no time. Very friendly and genuinely cared about getting me back on the road. I also called up asking some questions a few weeks later and requested the invoice again because i had lost the receipt and nothing was an issue or too hard. So if your looking for small town care on the coast, i would highly recommend. Cheers, Sam

He is a good mechanic and a genuine guy. He came to me to fix my car on sunday when most of the shops were closed. While working on the suspension he found a slow leak in one of the tires and fixed that as well. Moving forward we will call him first if we need work on our car. Thanks Coastwide.

This service is awesome and highly recommended. The mechanic came on time as promised and has completed his job replacing the alternator quick and clean. I'll definitely use his service again when needed. Wish him to have continuous job out there.

Turn around and run (if you value your vehicle and wallet).They tried repairing two of my vehicles and after thousands of dollars spent, the still can't get it right. They convinced me I needed a new water pump (my car wasn't losing any coolant) and now the new pump is constantly leaking - can't fix it after three attempts. They tried repairing my daughter's X4 (simple air intake hose) but it broke down the first time she drove it.As a business owner, I don't like writing bad reviews for fellow business owners - but this whole experience and the rudeness of Matt, the owner/mgr, has pushed me past my limits...
