He was wonderful. They packed everything carefully, the communication was clear, we rented the truck for us because we had a lot of stuff! Everything arrived in good condition. He and the team left the items in the room we showed them to. They disassemble and reassemble our furniture and we can buy extra insurance because we are shipping high value items. I have recommended it to everyone I know! They also have a sense of humour and that made our moving day less sad. and sorry for making you lift our heavy sofa.
