Very arrogant and grumpy luvs to tell you hes been doing this for 42 years, thought he fixed my heater took my money, ten minutes after he left heater stopped working. I rang him but he couldnt give a dam told me i needed a new one. so then i called another heater repair guy and he went out of his way found the problem fixed my heater and saved me 2 grand.

I Booked Paul approximately 2 years ago for a Rinnai Gas Heater Maintenance, Thoroughly happy with his services and pricing at that point. Unfortunately despite other great reviews we've been left disappointed upon trying to book him again.I rang Paul today to inquire about availability for another Heater Maintenance Service, he gave me some pricing and said Thursday Morning, today is Monday, I mentioned that I thought the pricing was a little cheaper last time around and said I would get back to him of which it appeared the phone call then ended abruptly.After a short contemplation, and the benefit of the doubt, I rang back to make the Booking, Paul answers and says 'I spoke to you earlier', says he's 'now booked solid' and hangs up the phone abruptly again ! before I got a chance to make the booking....ahh no champ, wrong move because that just comes across as extremely arrogant and unprofessional.We decided to run with Darren from DJ Appliances who was most accommodating and polite instead and would recommend Darren now based on my negative experience.

Thankyou so much for an affordable heater service and fixing our issue. Highly recommended and definately the cheapest out of all my quotes .Will definately contact you for all services required in the future

What a great service!! Phoned at 11 am and talked through the problem over the phone.By 2.30 he had the part here and was installing it straight away. I am really happy with the prompt service and will definitely be using Paul again. Thanks. We will be nice and warm tonight now.
