I would highly recommend the services of Priority plus Plumbing.I own a hairdressers and when a hot water tank bursts I needed urgent help. Within an hour of calling they came and replaced tank the next morning. The team that carried out the work were friendly, efficient and new there job well. Very happy .

I didn't use their service but after watching 2 of their work utes racing each other, darting between cars during peak hour and easily going 130ks in an 80 zone, I will never book with them, nor will my company or any of my companies departments.Dangerous driving kills people, innocent people, everyday. These guys driving like that in their work cars just cost them major contracts.Between New Illawarra Rd (intersection of Bangor Bypass)-Alfords Point Rd-Davies Rd. Licence plates started with ERF and the other was PPP or the first letter may have been different. It was darting too much to see. Between 4:10pm and 4:25pm on 24.03.23

First time caller and first time client here. James' service was exceptional, I must admit. Arrived on time, understood the issue at hand, resolved my leaking and slow drainage under the HIS vanity of the ensuite. Cleaned out pipes and threw down drainage cleaner as expected - BUT also cleaned HER vanity of gunk if any - though not seen from top looking down - for good measure. The insides of the drain seemed to be 'peeling away from within' after 5-6 years. They all look amazing now. Thank you very much for your service, James !! Cheers to Danielle and the Team in HQ. Pete from PPP was onto my online inquiry as soon as practicably possible, and we had a next day appointment sorted by early morning. Jim-Bob, the young man who serviced our toilet, knew what he was doing, and efficiently updated me on his work. They may not be supermodels, but i’ll take a PPP plumber any day, when you need your faulty works made right.

Needed attendance sooner rather than later for a water leak in my shower. Same day service, polite and well mannered, job fixed within 10 minutes. Will use again.

I have had a few Plumming company out to fix our porch roof that continued leak quite badly. Unfortunately none of them were able to fix this problem.I found Priority Plus Plumbing who had good reviews.I spoke to Peter the company’s owner andexplained the nightmare we were having.When his men came out they explained the problem,we did not have enough down pipes. There was also some other work that needed to be done. I am very happy with all the work that has been carried out,and at last solve the problem.Also the costing was very fair.Thank you Peter for you compassion and your great guys Jayden, James & Josh.

Great service in a moment of crisis.I woke up one morning to discover that a flexi pipe had burst. Water was streaming from the bathroom and had already covered much of the house. Problem was, I had no idea where the water mains were. A burst pipe makes a tremendous amount of noise and my 10 year old was increasingly hysterical. I remembered Peter's name because he had done work for my family 20 years ago and so made a call. He facetimed me to look for the mains (off in a side cupboard), stopped the gushing water, helped calm the panic child and then walked me though what I needed to do to resolve the issue. Extraordinary service!

Josh the plumber worked tiredly for 6 and a half hours to fix my lack of hot water. It was a complex and frustrating process but he remained calm, pleasant and professional the whole time and didn’t give up. After five days without hot water in my apartment I was really grateful for his effort and the positive result.

Brilliant, professional and efficient service. Received a response from Peter within 5 minutes of sending an online enquiry, on a Sunday morning also! He assessed the job thoroughly via photographs and sent Brett his plumber within the hour. What I had been told from another company was going to take half a day, was done in under an hour. Brett was nothing but polite, well mannered and professional who tidied up perfectly. I most certainly will be recommending Priority Plus Plumbing to family and friends. Thank you very much.
