Keshia is amazing that she do understand everything what she need help and what she want!! Also Keshia have booked interpreter and they are both on time and very supportive. Horrible experience here. I advise you to choose another JobActive service provider. These people are authoritarian and stern. They do not care about your personal circumstances. They do not care about your mental health or general wellbeing. They want you to get a job, any job, doesn’t matter to them if you’re unhappy. And they don’t care what you think so don’t even try.

This place has a myriad of problems, and it has gotten so bad that there simply aren't any positives. Consultants come and go often, so you dont have time to build a rapport. Some in the DES department are so rude and uninterested that they forget your name. I have appointments booked at certain times but never get a call only to be told at the end of the day that I missed an appointment.No one at this place cares about you. The plague is a better option.

Worst employment provider I have come across. They offer a wage subsidy with conditions that our business did meet and then reneg on payment and take no responsibility for their client's behaviour and demeanor. Go with Workskills that offer professional service and on going communication and support. Will not deal with company again...twice burnt ...never again

Staff there will treat you exactly as you treat them.If you can't deal with your issues, accept it, cry and don't dare for a second be so selfish as to take out your frustrations on innocent people who have to deal with people that are usually;mentally unprepared for adulthood, and the inability to face what you've been masking with booze and gear all these years.You have to face yourself one day.Good luck

They don't answer their phone when trying to contact them, they don't answer emails when I send them. Been trying to get a course so I can study but they're useless at that too. When you go to their office, there's no one who comes up to answer your questions for awhile. Why have an office if they don't help with anything. All I want to study and have been waiting for months for an answer but still not helpful. Useless I say.

This incompetent agency cancled my jobseeker payment because I didn't attend an appointment that I knew nothing about. I called and called and could never get through. Once I got through, the girl was so rude telling me that because I work casual I can't get job seeker. I have been told from centerlink that I can claim job seeker because I am only casual. I am taking this further by contacting the ombudsman.

I get notifications of appointments 24hrs before via text, appointments I wasn't aware of. I have been exempt due to medical certificates outlining ongoing medical issues and still I get appt notifications. Trying to reach the office via phone is impossible, I leave messages for a callback and nothing. I managed to get a mobile number of an employee and even that person doesn't answer or return calls. They are supposed to be a disabilities service but don't give much support in that regard.
