Always excited about picking my parcel up at this new agency. Manu is so warm and welcoming, always greeting his customers by their names and a smile. His shop is always well equipped with a wide selection of products. Thank you for your passionate service, Manu!

Manu , the owner was very pleasant and helpful, when we visited his Newsagency, first time in collecting a GoGet card. Explained to us how it all works. When asked, gave us some great recommendations where to eat in Carlton for Lunch on that day. Items in the shop all reasonably priced, able to purchase a well discounted 2023 Diary. Thanks Manu !

This is one of my favorite little stores on Lygon Street, and I miss going there. Nice selection of high quality colored cardboard/papers and inks.The owner is lovely. He once drove all the way to his supplier in the evening to get me something that was out of stock in time for my deadline the next morning.

Received 5 star service today from Manu in securing Pink concert tickets, he was extremely helpful, giving great advice and was really friendly, I won't go anywhere else now to get ticketek tickets! He seriously made my day! thanks Manu :) in a day where customer service can be hit and miss you were an absolute hit - people in the line waiting were also very impressed with your friendliness and professionalism.

3 white board marker for 15 dollars? They better last me a very long time. This is 3 times the prices of the same markers on Amazon.Edit for reply: yup, you're right. I have to buy it non the less because I need it urgently. I guess I'm expecting less price because of the dusts on those markers. Non of this is your fault though I guess there's isn't a lot of people needing markers coming to this store. It's such a shame that small stores like you can't compete with Amazon though maybe stationary store will always have a place for people with urgent need. For some contributing criticism, my bad review came from my surprise and the fact that I'm too shy to say I'm not buying them for the price, so putting actual price label on those shells will definitely help a lot.
