It's not often you find people like Mark but when you do its a like finding a diamond.Mark is first and foremost extremely passionate about property and investing, thus making his coaching and teaching style so enjoyable.My wife and I utilised his services and mentorship and in an extremely short period of time, found and settled on a rare investment deal which looks like it will prove to be extremely lucrative. Mark is not only a great teacher but a great person, who generally gets excited and loves to see his students succeed. Mark has been such a great help to me over the past year getting setup the right way with my property portfolio. I contacted him after Covid started because I was finally in a position to buy my first property and wanted to also take advantage of the Home Builder grant. At the time I was thinking to buy an off the plan apartment but Mark advised against it and has been instrumental in teaching me how the property market works and how you really make money in property and have your portfolio grow itself so that you can ultimately be financially free.For my first property Mark went above and beyond in not only advising but sourcing a block of land for me to build on, negotiating an amazing price with the vendor, contracting and negotiating with the builder and overseeing the building project. Today we have just had confirmation that the slab has been laid as you can see in the photo which is super exciting. This is going to be a dual residence property so I can live in it and have a rental income from it as well. Based on recent sales in the area we believe this has already appreciated by $150k or more and it's not even built yet. And we're now already looking at buying a second property in QLD.I can't recommend Mark highly enough. He is very passionate, honest, transparent and dedicated.
