Got my hair cut and the kids, Ruby was amazing, entertained the kids with monster barbie dolls and sensory toys. She listened to what we wanted and delivered, all done with a smile and a laugh.10/10

You have a very bad hair stylist. She’s tall & hefty with brown plaited hair. She needs a good training. She did my hair on the 6/5/23 at 11:30 am . I asked for layers and wash. She layered using thinning scissors all around and kept commenting I have thick curly hair even though I don’t have thick curly hair. Then she washed my hair using all her force pulling while shampooing really horribly. She left me with drenched hair and used blow dryer for only a minute.she needs some whacking and training for sure.

First of all, the wrong hairdresser started cutting my hair (dry) after confirming that I wanted a trim. 5 minutes into the haircut, the client who had actually booker her appeared and the hairdresser realised she was cutting the wrong person’s hair. When she realised her client was waiting, she started cutting my hair even faster and the whole thing was finished in 14 minutes.There was zero chance of me getting a decent haircut during this ordeal but I guess it serves me right for going somewhere cheap!

Booked in with Ruby after seeing raving reviews and was very impressed! Ruby is a very skilled, humble and caring professional. She listened and understood what I was after and executed the cut to a high standard! Would definitely recommend booking in with Ruby!

Never again. Seriously outrageous prices for very poor service. How can this business possibly believe that their prices are reasonable? 4 weeks ago experienced the biggest rip off I have ever experienced in my life. 10 foils, a toner and blow dry for over $250.00. Will never EVER be coming back here as my hair still looked like it needed the roots done when I left, and on what planet is $64 for a blow dry ‘reasonable’? Even Doctors aren’t paid that amount for 15 minutes!! Will never return and have told everyone I know not to bother either.
