Great customer service. Was after a specialist part and the dude behind the counter chased it down for over a month to find 1 that would fit my Stihl. Legend

First service on Stihl whipper snipper and my concrete saw which both never missed a beat now their both stuffed! I paid for the best and tried to do the right thing by servicing at the agent now going somewhere else.

Brought a mower in for service. A price was said and was then adjusted per phonecall again. Went into the Shop 12 days later to find out the service price went up again around 400 dollars. On the tag was still written to call if price goes up. Said they tried to call and had 2 different numbers to inform us. Just did the job without asking, which i find for a service price of over 1000 dollars pretty bad! After i took the mower home the new battery i bought for a proud price was so low the mower wouldnt even start. All in all repair costs were ok for the work done. Very poor communication and to sell a 100 dollar mower battery that is emtpy very unprofessional!

I put my 6 month old mower in to be repaired on 15th February. I received it back today 16th July in pieces. They are unable to repair it and it was rejected under warranty. However rather than give me a chance to take it elsewhere to see another opinion, it is in bits. Not even the decency to put it back together. By bits I mean totally pulled apart into the smallest pieces. I have no chance of finding a solution now. The worst customer service I have ever received in my whole life. It is absolutely disgraceful how they could treat a customer. I was given no help or assistance. Terrible service.

Our Business is closed permanently due to the Coffs Bypass I apologise that google wont update the opening times when Ive asked them multiple times now.

Friendly service not sure about quality of repair work still assessing put mower in for work think problem not rectified

Serviced my MS250 and the repair worked. Bought another saw and spares for a strimmer. Good advice on STIHL consumables.

Nathan was friendly and very helpful. Having little experience he took the time to explain how to use the chainsaw and how to maintain. Recommended to ask for Nathan's help if your looking for a chainsaw.
