My doctor told me that I can walk in. Take half day off and Rush in and arrived around 4:10pm and being told that I am not able to do it due to other patients have appointment on.So it is better to advise people to make appointment instead of walk in. I had to take another day off to come again.

I thought X-rays ordered by GP are covered by Medicare and have not paid for them before. I ended up $130 out of pocket with them. Staff was not upfront as to how much out of pocket I will be.

A very positive experience. It was abnormally busy this morning with a lot of walk-ins, but the team managed it very well. Over-hearing what the reception desk had to deal with, they seemed very professional, patient and polite. I can't recall the Technician's name (sorry!) but she was very helpful.

Nice receptionist, Great staffs. Good experience! Especially, thanks to Angela , she is really patient , earnest and professional. So lucky to come this I-med department.

I-Med Mont Albert are the best in many ways. Not only are their technicians friendly and professional but all the staff are the best you could get! I have attended the clinic 4 times and have been genuinely surprised and delighted by my experience. Thanks legends

I-MED at Mont Albert is possibly the best service I have ever experienced in this field. The staff are outstanding, very personable, helpful, friendly and sincere. Not too many of us find radiology a pleasant experience, however somehow IMED Mont Albert certainly do, from the minute you walk in you are greeted warmly by the reception staff, wait times are very low and the radiologist I experienced was just wonderful, supportive and genuine. My husband needed some scans and I recomended Mont Albert. He went today and was gobsmacked at what he deemed 5 star service. He said he had never had service as good as this before!Thank you so much, and keep up the brilliant work

Having had a history of breast cancer, my anxiety was high on the day of my appointment. Every staff member that I dealt with supported me with compassion and the best of care. I am very grateful and thank you. I understand it is not easy to deal with vulnerability.

Their online booking system is not reliable. Made a booking a week ago and received confirmation email but the day before my appointment I received a call and notified that my booking is cancelled due to the type of treatment to be carried out. I wish they tell me in advance so that I can postpone my leave. I believe they need to update their online booking system.
