I was having trouble coping with my new mask, and was lucky to meet Juanita Craig of Ipswich Clinic, who fitted me into her schedule on a very busy day. She has a great knowledge, and also a rare ability to discuss and impart various solutions to my problem. She is understanding and took the time to select two options, with the chance to trial other options if necessary. I felt confident knowing that she is only a phone call away.

Receptionist Brad was awesome! He explained everything about the sleep study test and answered all our questions about how to apply all the pads and equipment to get the best results possible for my husband’s sleep study test. The doctor will look at the data afterwards and be able to assess whether or not a CPAP machine would be helpful for him. The office is in a lovely old Ipswich home! Very nice!

Very unhappy with this clinic as they charged me $1960 for my machine and same machine price $1560 in CPAP depot Annerly.I noticed this to Juanitha and she told she can't do anything.And when my philips machine recalled they didn't informed me and after I contacted them they told you can use it .But when I go through the website I can use the machine with an inline filter only.And not responding to my 2 emails.I contacted Cpap depot annerly and they help me for refund .Their price always high and no proper follow-up. Very bad.

I went to Air Liquide CPAP in Ipswich today with a relative and had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Juanita Craig. Juanita was knowledgeable and explained everything in easy to understand terms. She didn’t rush us through and made sure everything was clear. It was like talking things over with an intelligent friend rather than a medical consultation.
