Have ordered from this shop online atleast 3 times now, each time has been super fast shipping.I had realised the other day that our dogs dry food is really low and out in an order, received our order in the next 1-2 days, shipping is super fast.Quality of products have been great, this is my preferred store for pet purchases now.Highly recommend!

I have ordered from this store a few times before and have always been impressed with the speed of delivery and the selection of premium bird supplies. It can be hard to find stores that offer a large selection of items for parrots that also have good shipping (times and rates) so I'm really grateful to have found this store! Recently, I had an issue with a product I ordered that got damaged during shipping. I was really anxious about it because I wasn't sure how the store handled customer concerns, but after reaching out they immediately responded and a new product was sent out to me which arrived in a day. Great customer service, thank you :)

Needed some new toys for my parrot, compared several websites before stumbling onto Pet Shop Direct; their catalogue/UI design may seem dated, but they have a solid range and competitive prices. Ordered at around 11am, and arrived 7am the next day; it was only standard delivery! Haven't seen such fast and efficient delivery post-covid! Toys were clean and brand new, unlike some that are left gathering dust in physical stores. Would highly recommend, and will highly consider them for future purchases!
