Very Frustrating. Paid $ for an express delivery, waited more than a week for it to get here, when ready for pickup, the man in the desk said I should just wait because he just couldnt find it and he had no time to look for it because of the people around. Said that someone else misplaced it. Again, Very frustrating. No apology whatsoever, i felt like i paid extra just to go through all this hassle.
