As a very picky and demanding client I have gone through tons of portfolios of different permanent makeup specialists. Yulia’s works are by far the best ones in the city if not in the whole country. Every Yulia’s work is a masterpiece, so delicate and tasteful. Nobody will be able to tell that you have a permanent makeup, so naturally looking it is. On top of that she has a beautiful personality and the whole experience of getting my eye liner done was an absolute pleasure.I am glad I found such an amazing artist that brings up the best in each client and I totally recommend her very reasonably priced high quality services to everyone who seeks for perfection.
