I am so grateful to have found Sarah!! She has such a wealth of experience and a true passion for helping woman reconnect with their bodies. I would highly recommend a 1:1 Discovery Session, it is such a invaluable investment!! Sarah has a beautiful soul, infectious laugh and is a joy to be around. Her integrative movement classes are small in numbers but have big impact. It is a lovely welcoming environment. I have learnt so much from Sarah and can’t wait to visit the Shala sometime soon!

I recently attended a day retreat with Sarah called CATALYST. Given it was the beginning of a new year I was keen to start with something I’d been wanting to do for a long time, to step outside my comfort zone.Whilst I wasn’t sure what to expect I thoroughly enjoyed the day, met some amazing women, we shared stories, laughed and cried. Sarah guided us with some self reflection then gave us valuable tools we could take with us to apply to daily life. Being part of the Enlightened Business Mentoring Program has literally changed my life. Having participated in other coaching programs, private coaching and start- Up business groups my expectations were low. Whilst my experiences had been useful to a point but felt generic and like a one size fits all approach, which is the opposite of me.I knew I had to change what I was doing to get to where I wanted to be both professionally and personally but who could actually do that in a way that works??
