Repaired leaking toilet, for my rental investment - started leaking again within 6mnths - got him out again. He told me it is a different issue. He told me he needs to seal the outlet on the bowl (around the floor) and replace the cistern. It was replaced with a different colour to the toilet :( and an ugly repair around the bowl :( now leaking again after another 6 months
