Terrible experience. Attempted to make a booking 3 different ways. I emailed, had no response. I then called and was asked to txt my query which I did and still no response. The person who answered the phone wasn’t very nice anyway, they nearly turned me off even trying to make an appointment. She was very clear that the request had to be in writing and I needed to make sure I was available for the time I was requesting to book. Not sure what that meant because I was obviously trying to make a booking for when I was available. Very poor costumer service, I am still waiting an a reply from the text I sent over a month ago now. I will not be trying to book again and would not recommend!

Jen is very nice and very helpful. Her work is very promising and such a cheerful lady. She's very helpful with discounts and is reliable. I would so recommend!

Jennifer at Go Bella provides the best lashes in Melbourne. Highly professional, great product and application. I have been coming for years and will continue to do so. If you follow the correct care instructions and booking information, you will have no issue and will be impressed. 5 stars!

No customer service unfortunately, owner does not reply when contacted. Attempted to contact via messages and email, ignored on numerous occasions. Would not recommend at all, payment is taken no services provided.

I wish I could give Go Bella 100 stars; it was hands down the best treatment experience I’ve ever had. Jennifer was so lovely and absolutely incredible at what she does.I live interstate and now I’m so sad this can’t be my regular place because it was truly so perfect, but I will absolutely be coming back here every single time I am in Melbourne!

Terrible customer service.At first I purchased 3 Groupon session from this business. The business owner was friendly and caring until I completed my third session. She was seemed trustworthy and I purchased 5 additional facial sessions from her in cash, as she requested. She gave me a eftpos machine receipt (a tiny little paper) for the purchase I made in cash. I miss placed her tiny receipt and as soon I entered the door for my 4th appointment she started arguing with me. Her behavior and booking methods are very unprofessional and I don’t recommend her to anyone.

Visited Go Bella Beauty for the first time and had their 90min facial pamper package. I must say it was a wonderful experience and great value for money.Jennifer is amazing; she pays attention to details, explains every step and deal customers with great care and love. Also she gives great advices for hair, skin and over all body health, and is super honest with her profession.I'll definitely visit them again and will be their regular customer..

From the very beginning, Jen has always been friendly, accommodating, warm and welcoming. Over the time we have been repeat customers, we have built a beautiful relationship! Always doing a wonderful job with our microdermabrasion treatments, lash lifts, eye brow waxing and LED light therapy.Jen knows our treatments like the back of her hand and we continue and will always continue to visit her for our favourite treatments.Some of the negative reviews seem unreasonable and all businesses have policies, procedures, terms and conditions in place. As a fellow small business owner, follow these procedures and you simply won't have any issues. Go Bella is absolutely reasonable and the owner will go above and beyond when treated with respect.We cannot recommend Jen at Go Bella enough and we will continue to be loyal customers as long as she will have us!!
