I went in with a shellac French manicure that I had done there two weeks prior and asked for it to be removed and the same again. Initially the ladies couldn’t work out what colour to use on the nail to get the right pinky nude colour as last time..this should’ve been my first red flag. The lady doing my nails seemed to really struggle with the whites of the French, swapping brushes and trying to get the line straight. The nails didn’t look too bad until she went ahead and put a second coat of white over the top of the first- and once set you could clearly see where each layer was added- with one part of the white looking an off white and the second one more bright white. When I expressed that I was unhappy, instead of trying to fix it another lady came over and took over and put a third layer of white on top- they looked awful. The closer I looked the worse they were, the nails were lumpy and streaky, the pink shellac on the nail didn’t go down to the nail bed- all in all it was a bad job. When I advised I wasn’t happy they told me they would take them off however I’d already been there for 1 hour and didn’t have time to start again as I had a birthday to get to. I asked for a discounted price because I was so unhappy with them- it looked like I attempted a French manicure at home, and they argued saying they’d only give me $5 off so I’d still have to pay $45. All of the staff were so incredibly rude, one in particular who kept telling the only other customer in the store that she should inspect my nails and tell me they looked fine. I don’t get my nails done for a stranger to tell me they look fine when prompted! I’ll never be back.

The best nails I have ever received! Super friendly service, great attention to detail and my nails look amazing. Also very reasonable price, better than other local places I have been to.

I have been to this Jenson nail shop very often + my daughter, most of times staff doing good SNS but today very disappointed with service. $110 I expect a bit more smooth and clean properly, pedicure very rush and staff left me to finish myself, I understand staff want to go home but I spending a lot I expect good service too . It will be last times for me to go there .Don’t go after 4pm .

I highly recommend this salon to all ladies looking for a fairly priced but good quality service! As a very picky person with high standards for nails, this salon has exceeded my expectations with amazing customer service and quality. Will definitely be choosing Jenson Nails as my go-to from now on, thank you ladies!

Had my SNS nails done by the beautiful Linda the other day. I am extremely impressed by her precision and care carried in her artistry resulting in an amazing result I am more than happy with. The salon is impeccable with its hygiene as well as atmosphere with great music making me feel like I am on holiday. Jenson Nails and Beauty is with no doubt the best nail salon in the area. I will be coming back time and time again.

I just got my toe nails done here and I’m really not happy with how they turned out, bless the boy who did them because he was super nice and tried his best but it cost me 45 dollars for just paint on my toes for something that I could have done

LITERAL SCAM! I asked for a $50 set and then after done they tried to charge me $75 but put it down to $70 explaining that she changed the type of tip without telling me because my hand were ugly. The people were slow and cut the tip before even asking what length I wanted. Don’t go there it’s a scam.
