Not so much service with a smile, rather it’s a torrent of terse and hostile responses at every attempt to ask a question or get service.I should have paid more attention in Home economics.

Very pricey in comparison to other clothing alteration stores in cairns. Was quoted over $90 to have dress shortened opposed to $40. Saved myself $50.

Took a Mens jacket in for dry cleaning. Cost $37.50. Stated ‘that’s expensive’. Checked the docket later and noted charged for a 3/4 length coat. Took receipt back and questioned when is a jacket a 3/4 coat? Lady argued the point. Didn’t budge so requested a refund. Poor customer service. Will go elsewhere.

Very expensive not customer friendly charges for every small alterations won't fix any mistakes $120.00 for 2 alterations on 2 dresses will not b back really bad customer service very short temper

Bad experience at both Cairns Central and Smithfield stores. Over priced and poor quality of work. Had to return my pants 3 days after they were hemed up as the hems fell down again and other poor quality work I have received but charged way above price for the quality of work. I can not believe the work has been done by qualified and experienced Tailors

Very pricey but expected good service & didn't receive. I just wanted to get my item pinned to get altered & got turned away because they had urgent jobs for others. Very disappointed as I'm quite a small person & its hard for me to get cloths to fit. Also, communication is poor as its hard to understand what they say sometimes.
