Salvos Stores Fremantle

I'm a sucker for op shops. Always have to pop in for a browse. This one has regular specials and the stock varies from visit to visit. Got my kids some great top up components for their LEGO collection. Often has quality furniture pieces but they do tend to attract a price above the average classified on Gumtree or Facebook.

Great range, good pricing with discounts available on some items. Clean, well organised store with friendly and helpful staff.

Omg! I walk and here someone yelling “what did I say Jan(someone’s name)” over and over! And I look over as it finally stops and this old man is comforting the women at the cash register and giving her kind words. When he leaves...the manager probably named Karen started to yell “what did I say!” To her staff member! I was so shocked! The other male employee was trying to defend her but the manager/Karen wouldn’t have it. We all make mistakes, but don’t humiliate your staff especially in front of customers. I had to leave. It was awful.

My friend and I were in this store today..An elderly gentleman was looking at a bed mattress then went to an assistant and said he wished to purchase it. The assistant was speaking to him when suddenly another assistant came over and said. You cannot buy it as I have already bought it !!!.there was no sold sticker on it and he was quite annoyed..We all know that the staff have first pickings but if this is done before it reaches the shop floor OK..but it is unacceptable when a customer comes in and tries to buy something that a staff member has already snapped up....everyone that saw this was talking about it and we all agreed that it was wrong..I and my friend were angry at the way this customer was treated..

Not too bad. Not great. More reasonably priced than the Anglicare or the Vinnies across the road. Very busy.

I like Tuesdays: 20% off for Concession Cardholders & the Salvos Card is great! Salvos goods are exceptionaly well sorted/graded: clean, well displayed & good quality. Prices can sometimes too high. Although I can imagine, it could be difficult to know what to price some secondhand items.

A nice clean op shop with a good selection. I particularly like the specials on a colour ticketed item that encourages turnover of older or overpriced stuff.

Fantastic am greatfull for the help although am wondering where I can get a hot meal a day

Great range, good prices, staff helpful, friendly and a little crazy - i LOVE it!They play good music too
