The only good thing was the price. Communication about waiting for new stock was only found out when I rang to find out about where the order was. When I rang customer service I waited 15 minutes to actually get through and then left on hold for another 20 minutes, I then hung up and rang again because I thought they had forgotten. Not at all impressed.

Everything was seamless from the store to the delivery. Teresa was lovely in store and assisted us with our purchase. A smile on her face the whole time. She was lovely from start to finish. Thanks Teresa for all your help. We are one happy family having a fridge again.The delivery men (Andres & assistant) were lovely men. They took such care with delivering the fridge with a smile on their face.Excellent service. I will be sure to shop here again in future!

A different review as someone tried to use my credit card details to buy products from Stan Cash. When I rang, the lady on the phone was incredibly helpful. Their system had already alerted them to possible fraud and put a hold on the item. The transaction was declined and the incredibly kind person I spoke to made sure my money was reimbursed.Amazing service of a different kind. Can't thank you enough.

You can find awesome bargains on Clearance marked items and most items are generally much cheaper than sold at major retail stores. There are furnitures/mattress for sale as well. Best to call in to check if there's stock in store/warehouse before ordering online. It may take some time for the customer service team to come back to inform of item being backed ordered.

We bought a Heller Heater Column Oil Free Therm 2 heat setting recently and though the parcel arrived with no damage to the box, the heater has two dents on it. I have tried twice unsuccessfully to contact Billy Guyatts, each time receiving a message advising that they are unavailable. When making the purchase there was no reference to the item being a 'second' and yet this is what it appears to be. Customer service does not seem to be something that Billy Guyatts value as an organisation.
