I took my ebike to get serviced and check out a problem with the electrics. Thiago, their service technician, was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and friendly, and told me options clearly and without pressuring me into particular actions. I ended up replacing my bike a few months later, and again the sales team was great - friendly, helpful . They really know their stuff!

This company responded promptly to any questions regarding my purchase of an electric trike. They arranged delivery and the delivery guy spent over an hour ensuring I was happy and adjusting the trike so that it “fitted” me. I would recommend them to anyone interested in electric bikes.

Super excited about my recent e-bike purchase from the Canberra Electric Bikes team! My commute is suddenly a world more manageable and as enjoyable as ever. The team were great at getting to know what I was after, and giving me loads of options and recommendations to try from a very impressive range. All round excellent and friendly service.

I highly recomend to not buy from these people. They are highly unprofessional. They dont have much collection in store but have many online. They are there so we make them happy not like customer should be happy.They let me purchase online through, i was using mobile browser, website but later found out the stock wasnt there. I waited for them to open up as it happened to be christmas break period. After 15 days, and little phone support, btw they dont have phone number to ring and enquire just text wow, i enter the store. No hi hello nothing, just big “eye” and like yes. Very poor customer service. but still bike wasnt there and asked me to wait for like another month.I said no and they insisted i should take the refund instead. When i said they should have done that 15 days earlier over those text message exchanges why made me wait to make a refund. At that point that man got furious and said “no more talk i will refund your money but get out of my store “ . I could not believe my ears and start thinking if this is the standards in AU bike market these days. He walked towards me and shouted get out several times.I was embrassed. I hadent even raised my voice i was just asking why they didnt do that earlier when stock wasnt available. I left the store. Tried making a complain on a “sms support “ but hey sided with each other and justified thier actions to be correct.I dont think or anyone in the right mind would think that anyone deserves this type of treatment especially when you r a customer just cant believe that happened to me. So be aware buyers there isnt much patience in the store. I will never recomend anyone to go there.Week later i got a nice one from the next door store they were awesome. Treated me like a customer. They have phone support and people are nice there.

these guys dud everything possible to assist me with getting a part from focus even though I bought from the p@$%&y. ( who stuffed me around no end)Mateo is a legend and as he rides competive on a emtb knows what to look for when servicing .we are split for choice in canberra re bike shops and in my 15 plus years and 7 diff high end bikes all are pretty good but not many go to the lengths these guys do to help you out

I purchased a FOCUS Jarifa 6.6.When I first went into Canberra Electric Bikes - Phillip I had almost zero knowledge about these wonderful machines. However, each time I went to the shop (I visited five times before pulling the trigger) the guys were able to answer my questions, and give me enough information each time to go off and do some more research on my own. Each time I asked more detailed questions they gave me more detailed answers. I never felt overloaded with information, nor pressured to buy a particular bike.If you're thinking of jumping on to an e-bike, and you live in the ACT region, then I strongly recommend that you head down to the Phillip store and start your research journey. They will get you on to the e-bike that's right for you.
