This is an awesome company with amazing customer service. I purchased a pair of low top sneakers in black. Originally purchased the wrong size (my fault, check with the Sparrods team first.) shoes were quickly replaced. The fit and quality of the shoes is excellent and the packaging is first class which includes a shoe bag and shoe horn.

First time purchasing shoes from Sparrods and my husband couldn't be more delighted! He has been searching everywhere (both nationally and internationally) for very high-quality dress shoes for work. He is extremely impressed with the quality, design, fit, and comfort of his new shoes. Definitely five stars--highly recommend the Sparrods line of shoes, you won't be disappointed!

I purchased the Kingston (Oxford Wholecut) shoes in black from Sparrods and Co as an office dress shoe. The shoes are not only beautifully made and look great, but are surprisingly comfortable compared to my previous dress shoe experiences. In addition the service I received from Sam was nothing short of amazing, including super prompt delivery and great care to ensure I ordered the correct sizing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and colleagues alike.

For the past 5 years I’ve been searching for a premium brand of quality shoes that would comfortably fit my high-arched feet.In an attempt to upgrade from Hush Puppies and Florsheims, I’ve tried out oxfords, derbies, loafers and boots from a number of different brands including Ace Marks, Aquila, Cole Haan, Thursday Boots and Undandy… even going as far as a goodyear welted pair of Loakes.The main issue with a lot of the brands in this price range are that they typically have a bad combination of unusually stiff leather uppers that never seem to soften up enough for comfort or leather soles that have minimal to no cushioning at all. Going custom made also seems a step too far.Feeling fed up with paying the price every time by killing my feet with each shoe break-in, I ended up purchasing my first pair of Sparrods dress boots in 2022.To date, I have purchased 3 pairs: the Kingsman Dress Boots in Espresso (Dark Brown); the Albert Tassel Loafers in Burgundy; and the Oak Oxfords in Black.There are 3 things that you can expect with every pair of Sparrods shoes:1) Super comfortable midsole - If you think a dress shoe can’t beat a pair of sneakers for all day comfort, think again. Each pair of my Sparrods shoes have been the most comfortable dress shoes that I’ve worn to date, and they continue to be comfortable after a long day at the office all the way to late night drinks.2) Quality leather - Each pair of my Sparrods shoes has beautiful and unblemished leather uppers, sturdy enough to keep my feet secure yet supple enough for walking comfort.3) Craftsmanship - After each out-of-the-box inspection of the shoes, I’ve yet to see a thread that’s out of place or a gap where it shouldn’t be. This is quality control at its best.But a quality product is not enough these days unless you have a great customer service team to support it.- Need advice on size and fit?- Ordered the wrong size and need to swap?- Have any questions about the quality and construction of the products?From first hand experience, the Sparrods Team delivers exceptionally well on their customer support, even following up with me post-purchase to ensure the shoes are holding up well after some wear.Sparrods & Co really delivers value for money on all of their shoes - true premium quality and comfort. Not normally motivated to leave reviews, so has to be well well well above average for me to bother. But with a number of failed attempts at getting decent footwear online (experience of trying to get in an actual store - no better) I came across the Sparrods folks and decided to give them a go and ordered the Suede boots. I’ve got to say that I’m just so impressed. The fit is great. The quality is terrific. Really can’t fault them in the slightest. Really comfortable straight out of the box. Boots arrived super quick in just a couple of days and great personalised follow up from the folks at Sparrods. Honestly, these guys will definitively be no.1 on my list for decent shoes or boots next time round.

Got them for my partner’s birthday. Best service I’ve experienced from any online seller. They emailed me to checked sizing which means I was able to get the perfect size.Such great quality hand made Chelsea boots. All the connecting parts were seamless and real nails were used on the sole. Leather is smooth, shiny and high quality. Very comfortable inside. The colour chestnut was also extremely rich and sophisticated and suitable for every occasion. Great value for money.Overall my partner loved it. 10/10 would buy again. Wish they had female boots too.

Was unsure of my exact size, but their customer service was extremely helpful! Responded within no time whatsoever at any hour. Unfortunately I did get my monk shoe size wrong initially, but sending it back was simple, and they exchanged it the same day and I got the perfect size 2 days later. Their shoes are beautifully crafted, and I found them to be the best quality and easiest to get in Australia as opposed to shopping overseas. Will definitely be buying from them again.

I've always had trouble sizing my shoes, particularly when ordering online. Sam helped me through every step of the process, including coming up with custom sizing instructions. The fit and quality of the shoes was perfect upon delivery. Highly recommended and will buy from them again !

Bought a pair of the Suede Chelsea Boots and the first pair were too long. The staff at Sparrods were incredibly helpful and helped organise a return and a smaller pair. Tried the smaller pair and they fit perfectly! They are much more comfortable then previous Chelsea boots I’ve had and the quality is amazing.The support and help from the company has been fantastic! Would recommend their shoes.
