I spent over $4k on a desk at Modern Furniture, only to be treated with complete disrespect and negligence.I want to warn you all to stay away from this company at all costs.They sent me a desk, which they carelessly threw on the curb, breaking the table top and damaging the items.When I attempted to set it up, I realised that there were missing boxes from the delivery. Upon contacting them, they refused to take any responsibility, telling me it was my problem to deal with.Additionally, they attached fraudulent documents claiming that I had signed for the delivery, which is impossible as I was at work, and no one else was present in the house.Despite repeated attempts to contact them and rectify their numerous mistakes, they have remained unresponsive and indifferent to my concerns.It is appalling that they would treat their customers in such a disgraceful manner.I urge you to take my advice and never shop with Modern Furniture Australia. Most of their items can be found in other stores anyway. Do not waste your hard-earned money on a company that is clearly incompetent and uncaring.Please be aware of the risks involved in dealing with this company. I hope my experience will help you make an informed decision.

Absolutely brilliant customer service by Tarli. The TV cabinet purchased and delivered was exactly as described on the internet and was very easy to put together. There was a delay in the delivery time frame, however, Tarli kept me up to date at all times. Highly recommend.

I visited the showroom with my family a few weeks ago and Oran was so helpful. He took the time to show us all the different couches and fabric options while also being incredibly patient with my 3 kids. The couches were such great quality and value and we purchased the Ranni 3 seater with chaise and matching armchair. They were delivered quickly. We are so happy with our purchase. We will definitely buy from you again!

Perfect Look modern quality design study desk.We had been looking for such a long time for the perfect study desk and drawers, we were afraid we would have to have it custom made. Then we found Modern Furniture and their produxt was exactly what we were looking for. This fit perfectly and was exactly as described.From ordering through to delivery and follow up support to ensure we were happy with our purchase, Modern has been exceptional. We wish we had found them sooner and we will definitely be keeping on eye on the amazing products for our next purchase.

The experience I had with Modern Furniture was very positive. Initially was during an online search Oran answered all my question, the we did a showroom virtual tour, Oran spent a lot of time explaining the features, size and product details. A great experience to buy from Modern Furniture. The product is good, the service is excellent. Due to COVID, the desk I ordered took a while to arrive but the team update me regularly regarding the delay. When I was questioning if it was worth waiting, the team gave me a clear reason for the delay.The product arrived on time and was delivered punctually. During assembly, I noticed a fair bit of missing parts. I contacted the office and they responded promptly and managed to ship the parts on the same day so I can complete the assembly. It turned out to be my own mistake that I didn't see the parts that are required in the bottom of the second box. Nevertheless, the company was most helpful and the supports throughout.A great experience and not to mention, a great product.
