If I could have, I would have chosen no star. The staff at the cafe are very rude. While waiting for the coffee I ordered, my daughter and I sat at one of the tables in the cafe. She was eating sushi from the sushi shop next door when the lady waitress came to us and insisted we leave because my 6 year old daughter was eating food which was not bought from their cafe!!!They expect customers to leave their kids somewhere else while they have coffee. How weird is that? I am definitely not going back to that cafe. This was all in spite of the fact that the cafe was empty, whereas the cafe around the corner was bustling with customers.If they have such rules in place, they should warn their customers prior to order with a sign of some form to avoid kicking customers out in this rude manner.Not only was the customer service very bad the cleanliness and hygiene, especially behind the counter, were poor and the coffee was below average and very disappointing. A waiter was eating behind the counter in the zone where food was being prepared, forcing me to further question their hygiene practices and priorities for their customers.To all people and, especially families, who are after a decent place to have coffee, I do not recommend this cafe.

Despite all the bad reviews, I would like to say that I disagree with them. I go with my 2 daughters every few weeks when we get our nails done in Gordon. They are always friendly, their sandwiches are absolutely delicious and fresh unlike other take away places AND they now know our order each time that we don’t even have to say what we want. It is so nice to be made to feel like a valued returning customer. Loyalty certainly pays off in this deli.

Bought an Avocado melt which cost an absolute bomb in price to which served up was half cooked chewy bread, brown avocado and an overall tastless meal.Way overpriced for crappy quality food.If your going to have steep prices your food better measure up.

Very unhappy with this cafe. I was charged $16.90 for a basic chicken wrap. Chicken, pesto, spinach, red onion and sweet potato. You have been charging me around $15 for a whole 18 months now and today you charged me $16.90?! I thought $15 was overpriced. I will not be coming back and you have just lost a regular customer.

If I could have I won't give any star. I used to work there and once I break 2 plates by accident. They charged me $40. $20 each plate. I wonder since when plates from kmart became this expensive. The lady is so rude in here and try to cut off my moneyso I left without getting paid enough. What a disgrace for Cafe. Such a Shame..

It’s a rip off . My husband and I ordered sandwiches and chai tea with honey and all up, paid around $35.Order was ok till I asked for the honey for my chai tea which I did not receive.The guy behind the counter said “you pay 50cent”.I’m not complaining about 50cents but seriously why I have to pay extra for something which should be provided with tea at the first place. Ok if the tea was cheap that’s ok but I paid $5 for tea. Which is ridiculous anyway.
