Clinipath Pathology Eaton
I had to have a blood test today, which was not a pleasant experience. The young pathologist (I did not get her name) was very abrupt in her attitude & did not even greet me with a hello or good morning. She just ordered me to do this or that. No smile, & did not make me feel welcome at all. It costs nothing to put on a smile, even if you are having a bad day. Disappointing customer service.
