Lady was very rude, even though there is a toilet with a sign inside we weren't aloud to use it, we were told to go near the peanut van, there was not a public toilet there. When I went to pay I was told they did not accept the fuel discount we had, she then mumbled something which I did not hear correctly then she snapped and said I was going to give you a discount but don't worry about it now. Will never stop there again on our long drives again.

I had my Caltex card rejected twice, I asked reception to get me other card, but they didn't allow me to go back. I paid with personal card, after bringing the Caltex card, the lady at reception days she cannot revert the transaction. I had the same issue before from other Caltex outlets, and they have changed the card for transaction. Horrible customer treatment..

VERY HANDY to stop halfway from rocky to Brisbane. Lovely staff and able to give good directions to a particular local shop we were looking for. Also note that you are able to use your EG CLUB card and also your Woolworths rewards card. Cheaper petrol also than most in the way to Brisbane. Cheers big ears

I walked into this Servo to use the toilets while my husband was waiting to fuel up and they wouldn’t let me use the toilets unless I was a paying customer and were very rude. I walked out and told my husband we will be going to a different servo and certainly not stopping there again. I cannot stand people and business like that!
