We purchased a lot of furniture for a new house we had built. I found the selection and quality of furniture to be excellent and the prices very competitive. The shop helped us out by holding the furniture for 2 months in their warehouse until we were ready for it. The customer service was excellent - we dealt with Harmony and she made every thing very simple and easy for us. We had a slight problem with one of the pieces which they quickly replaced and resolved without an issue. Very impressed with the service and would highly recommend.

I was thrilled with my experience at this store. I love my purchases and the range and price were fantastic. Overriding the whole experience was the amazing service, both at the time and after sale, that I received from Harmony. Harmony was so helpful and knowledgeable and I am thoroughly appreciative of all of the help she provided and continues to provide to me.

Furniture quality is pretty good, great design and value. Delivery experience is satisfying with clean quick installation, packed up the rubbish and left spotless. Free delivery was given to me because the amount I spent. I got dining tables, chairs, coffee table, TV unit, and Sofa 6 seater recliner.

We can not speak highly enough of Harmony @ Osbourne Park store. The customer service and attentiveness to our needs were outstanding. Harmony responded in a timely manner and worked with our requirements and budget. This store is amazing and the staff are only to happy to helpHarmony was our sales lady and because we only wanted to put deposit down as we are moving they held all the items for us until we are ready…Just a phone call and all was organised from final payment to delivery, made our life so easyHarmony is the best friendliest sales lady I have ever had the pleasure to deal with and as promised we will be back to purchase to more furniture as needed in the future.Also the quality of of furniture is absolutely perfectThank you Harmony

We have bought a few pieces of furniture from Impressions. Quality has been good and the service great!We had some issues with our dining table. Despite being out of warranty, Impressions were nice enough to discuss with the manufacturer and negotiate a replacement tabletop. Special thanks to Harmony for all her hard work.

We have experienced amazing service from Impressions Furniture. Our initial interaction was great but it has been the after sales care that has really impressed us. Harmony from Impressions has been absolutely amazing in assisting us with an issue we had with some outdoor cushions. She was very attentive, always keeping us notified of what was happening and eventually helped us achieve a suitable outcome. I would highly recommend visiting Impressions for your furniture needs.
