Very professional.They have a good selection of instruments to choose from (we were looking for a cello), and very helpful and accommodating when trying out various instruments. We didn't feel pushed at all.Highly highly recommend!

Have bought a violin and cello from this store and found them to be very friendly and helpful. The instruments they stock are great quality as well. It's a small family run business so you might need to book a time to do anything time consuming, like trying a new instrument or bow.
