The service was ok. I had to wait along time to be seen and there was only 2 other people in line. In terms of quality of repairs they did do a great job in fixing and servicing two truck fridges for my family.

Did nothing, had it for a week, cost me for what? I DONT RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY.

Must have only one line - called 6 times no answer or message bank.

We had rung up this company prior to taking our business printer in and we were told there would be a technician available the next morning to take a look at the printer. A week had passed and no update was given on the status of the printer, resulting in multiple phone calls made to see where it was as we had been told someone was available the next day to have a look at it. The answer was the same each time, with no one even touching it. The final time we rung I was abused by a woman named Julianne. She conducted herself in a unprofessional manner by swearing at me in frustrating from calling to get an update on our printer. The situation was not dealt with professionally and my business will be taken elsewhere (as she had also told me to do)

Rude, abrupt and terrible service over the phone.

Apparently the only Epson Authorized Service Agent in Toowoomba. Contacted several months ago regarding spare parts for my Epson photo scanner, and they never got back to me.

Agent for Ever Kool fridges. Had a small problem with mine which was fixed under warranty. Very helpful and good service.

Very good service with fixing our car fridge. Explained everything so well to us with what the problem may be and how they will fix it. Very happy with the outcome of their work! :-)

Service has been exceptional. The was friendly and helpful, also very experienced and knowledgeable.
