Do not go there to any car service or repair. The workmanship is terrible, they use poor quality spares parts and oil to maximize their profit.Stay away from this place.

It's very close and no need to made appointments for Pink slip.Personally find the owner very rude and not friendly. If its not because it was close by, personally won't go back

My sister and mum took the car here to get a tyre leak repaired. They are local to us.We were desperate as two wheels had a screw in it.My mum went in to ask a middle age man how long it will be. He got into an argument with my mum over that question. Displaying rude, poor quality service and completely ignorant of her question.By the end of the job he could only find one tyre leak and was incapable of finding the other tyre leak. They still charged us for one tyre fix. But it was an inconvenience to lose the car as we will have to take it to another mechanic.I will be avoiding this place and telling my friends about it

I have taken my car here for pink slips and several tyre fixes in the past few years, including most recently today for a pink slip.Similar to others have experienced in the reviews here, the other mechanics are friendly, professional, down-to-earth and gets the job done, however, if you’re unlucky to have the old guy (probably the owner) servicing you - then you’re gonna have the worse customer service you’ve ever experienced. He’ll make it feel like as if you’re a chore to him and that you have to beg for his service, he would look down on you and would make you feel miserable.I feel this could be a racist thing, so watch out everyone.

Big fan of the AutoDoc Eastwood. The issue of automotive mechanical ignorance is a huge issue as most drivers have zero idea how their cars run. A cough here a stutter here and who knows what mechanical issues are playing up. I have finally found a mechanic who i feel does not take advantage of my mechanical ignorance. The AutoDoc has been looking after my mechanical needs for almost a decade and I couldn't be happier with the service and the price. Value for mechanical money. It would be so good if the earth was packed with honest and friendly mechanics like those who work at the AutoDoc.

I've been coming here for years and have always been impressed with the service. They fit me in when it's super busy, they're upfront about the work that needs to be done, and the costs are always reasonable. Like a few people have said, I don't feel like I'm being ripped off like I feel at other mechanics. Highly recommend to come here.
