please educate your drive through staff on all the functions of your app. If your location on the app won’t work, it gives you a longer code to give them. The worker and supervisor refused to take the code as it was not the usual 4 digit code. This mean’t I had to re-order for the friend i was picking up food for and had no clue what she wanted. That being said your staff is always lovely, but may need some more training.

In-store is pretty good. Some really rancid little individuals on the mic at drive-through. A few little ladies there might be thinking a little too much of themselves methinks. Some quiet reflection on yourself might help baby grubs.

We unfortunately had a bad experience. We selected table delivery, as we had a tough day with our mother passing.But they never delivered it. Our food was sitting on the counter for over 10mins. Burgers and nuggets were cold, we couldn't eat.Staff just did t show any care towards us. And as you can see it wasn't busy.You are only as good as every customer experience, and customer service wasnt given here.Wont stop at this mcdonalds again.

I'm a menulog driver and this would have to be the worst experience tonight.Young male at the counter was advised that I was picking up 2 orders. He pointed to the screen and said oh its the last 2 on the bottom left screen. 15 mins later with staff walking around definitely at a snail pace I asked the young girl if she could get the manager who was clearly packing orders for drive thru and not paying attention to the 10 people standing around the counter. I know she could see customers waiting but there wasn't any direction to staff throughout this time. Once advised the orders were packed in 2 minutes flat. All staff even though they did look like they were short staffed had no enthusiasm at all to be working. Maybe it's time to hire new ones

Been here quite a few times now for lunch break at work and it’s always been a good experience compared with other stores. Food has always been hot and fresh, friendly staff and a nice clean seating area. Can’t really ask for more from Maccas

This place is unbelievable...left in the parking bay and my order forgotten for the third time today....I was left to bang on the window to get someone attention...then they make out it's not their fault? Managers have no idea what they are doing here...avoid this place

I went through the drive through to get a free small water and I drove through connecting my phone to my car and a young girl with blonde hair yelled out “get of your phone you s**t” such bad service. How can people like that work in hospitality.

i have never had a more worse experience in the maccas drive thur. i asked nicely or a manager to put 2 cups in there bin nicely and she responded rudely with “nup there are bins outside” which is fair enough but she had right to be so rude about 2 cups and after i received my food she then gave me a dirty look after i said thank you
