This is last place on earth i like to spend my money on, the worst one !You guys would wonder why the comment are so different, 1 star or 5 stars?Because of the colour of customers skin, white and the others!

I’m relieved that it isn’t just me who felt that the staff at Jo Mercer Highpoint are rude and condescending. Came in for a shoe exchange and they said they didn’t have it even if the website said otherwise and even other Jo Mercer stores that I’ve called said that Highpoint had them the lady just abruptly shut me down without even checking their system. As an Asian I also felt discriminated as you can really tell how differently they would approach you compared to their Caucasian customers. Sorry but it’s true. I love Jo Mercer shoes and own several pairs, but never again would I buy them from their Highpoint store.

Rude, unhelpful behaviour. Would have happily spent some money in the store if they were less bullish towards customers of certain ethnicities. JM you need some cultural diversity in your staff.

Came in Saturday night. Was literally the only person in the store. An old white wrinkly lady and her assistant were deep in a conversation to even acknowledge my existence. I heard they only speak to you if you’re white. Oh well, Goodluck to you two saggy skanks

The employee working on 11/11/21 in the evening with short blonde hair and glasses was completely ignorant of customers waiting when she closed off the door. I understand that there is a capacity limit but no one was monitoring who comes in and out. I stood at the door for 15 minutes straight with her just glancing over at me without greeting or communicating the situation.

I’ve visited the Highpoint store a few times and the staff at this store are incredibly rude, they need training on customer service. I wanted to purchase a pair of boots, they didn’t have my size in store so I asked if any other stores or online had my size in stock which I was told no. After looking online and calling around to other stores, they had my size.

Went in looking for a pair of heeled boots, was greeted immediately, staff was extremely friendly and helpful! The boots I bought look great and are super comfy!

Recently visited Jo Mercer in High Point over the weekend and the customer service was exceptional.All the Staff were super friendly and helpful. A lady by the name of Carol went above and beyond to help me pick the perfect gift for my mum. Would happily shop at Jo Mercer High Point exclusively as I have had poor customer service elsewhere.

I went into Jo Mercer with an urgent shoe emergency! The ladies at the highpoint store were so attentive and helpful when offering advice and their expertise! What I thought would have been a long visit to highpoint through multiple stores to find the perfect shoes turned into a quick and easy process. Much appreciated ladies!! Will definitely return soon.

The level of customer service that your staff have in this store is 10/10. Everyone is so lovely & does not pressure you into a purchase. I have dealt with both Christina and Carol who have both been so lovely. I will definitely become a regular customer in the highpoint store!
