Bought my 2008 Outlander from Neil Beer Seymore. I paid an advance without seeing the car as i was at the airport departure gate 20 minutes away from my flight to Singapore, and was quite nervous until I saw the car 1.5 weeks after but when i did, i thought i made the right decision 1.5 weeks ago. The car is 10 years old but looks and feels brand new. Came in with service records, paint and interior are in top condition and I paid a price that's at least 2k below the market price for this car that came with RWC, rego and even transfer fees! Great purchase, these guys are genuine and friendly.. Excellent customer service you don't get from Melbourne dealers. Kevin was the one who handled my sales process but other guys seemed very friendly too. I highly recommend Neil Beer Seymore for your next car.

Spoke to another young woman Catherine at time of test drive, she eliminated my fears about the particular vehicle, clinched the deal. Offer warranty and servicing. Definitely recommend.

Don't waste your time...they just want a quick sale and will lie to get it. Terrible customer service to top it off. We walked around for ages trying to find someone but were completely ignored. I'de rather go without a car than go back here
