Staff where rude and I left the shop with my kids to spend my money else where, I feel the staff might need training with how to talk to customers. I no these comments don't do anything but wish they did

so many good options for puzzles and boardgame, i was after a puzzle and Ross was really patient, explaining which puzzles would be suitable and I learnt through him, the detailed the puzzles are easier to figure out rather than simple and I would have not known that without his knowledge :)my card declined not once but few times and i was upset and but even so, he was friendly and didn’t lose his cool. Excited to try my puzzles !!!

I’ve visited Good Games Castle Hill twice recently and have bought some puzzles both times. The staff are friendly, enthusiastic and seem to love their jobs. As a customer that makes me feel good and I stay browsing for future purchases for a longer period. I like the shop layout and the range available. A great shop.

Really great range in store for all sorts of hobbies and enthusiasts. They are the only store I've found recently that had Yu-Gi-Oh! Play mats which is a huge win for me!The staff member was incredibly helpful and went beyond expectations to assist me which I honestly appreciated!Very keen to make my way back and spend more money!

Good for board-game and pen and paper RPG enthusiasts to view products. While prices elsewhere/online are much cheaper, it is good to support physical stores to bring more public attention to the hobby.Edit: Given the response from the owner. Price match + support physical stores!
