Sean is such an amazing Director, who has been the most helpful and supportive contact since we first met him. He has stood by us in the most challenging of times and is just a great guy!My hero and the one who I really love the most however is the one, the only, the incredible BORIS HURDICH!! He is the most amazing agent, he solves all my problems, with such a great attitude, even after hours/ weekends/ public holidays (sorry Boris hehe)! He literally puts up with us being the most difficult clients ever- and always does it with grace, compassion and always a cute emoji. I have sadly had the opportunity to work with a number of logistics and so called specialist beverage shippers only to be time and time again sadly disappointed at the condition of wine arrives, theft, time frames , appalling communication and account management. I decided to give Neolink a go with our first container in September of this year, what a seamless and professional experience this was. Communication first class, operations management the same and the condition of our wine outstanding. We landed a further container a few weeks back and this was yet another great experience.
