Always helpful with getting what I'm after and for a small fee will even replace some parts while you are there. I have had light bulbs and windscreen wipers replaced by them quickly while I wait.

The lack of ANY customer service, or speech, by whatever was supposed to be greeting and serving customersmade me to walk out of the store and leave the stock on the counter.... I encountered 2 men in the carpark who were also disgusted with this show of contempt. How sad for Innisfail business...

My hubby called to buy products to wash our motorhome.He really didn't have any idea what to buy.He asked a lovely lady for advice.He said she was terrific andKnew her stuff.He was very happy with her service.Typical hubby couldn't tell me her name, so I hope she will know.
