Burger and coke bought here last year. The burger is average, but the coke tastes really bad, like a dirty rag in the drink.... Soda fountain may not be cleaned properly.

Don't bother ordering from here. Had to take back a burger previously for a moldy bun. Always forgets items and gets orders completely wrong. Burger i ordered tonight, they gave completely wrong patties that were also PINK inside and tasted like hotdog water.

Complete rip off for delivery. They charge a gigantic mark up for all menu items then a delivery fee on top of that. Wanted to get a family burger box started as pickup 29.95 then changed to delivery same item 54.95 so add the delivery fee double the price to get it delivered. Complete rip off. Went and picked up only the chips were nice the mayo on the burgers had turned and was disgusting never again standards have definatly dropped

Food was cold even though we picked it up as soon as our number was called and ate it immediately. The bubblegum ice cream with marshmallows was nice, though. My order also kept failing (3 times) at the electronic order station. I kept changing my burger type and eventually found out it's because the store was out of soft drinks. If items are out of stock, the system should be updated or have a sign up.

I always come here to my local Hungry Jacks. It is my favourite fast food chain, I got a birthday whopper with a free drink through the Hungry Jacks app, and another day also got a free soft serve. Staff is very friendly and efficient, and generous every time. The food is yummy and whopper is big and filling. I highly recommend.

Ordered a super cheeseburger meal which includes a cheeseburger chips drink 3 nuggets and an drumstick ice cream ( I edited mine to include an Oreo storm instead of a drumstick). So first off my cheeseburger meal came without the cheeseburger. Like who does that?!?! And secondly they forgot my drink. Which was a coke. And then my Oreo storm. The outside was full of ice cream but the inside of the cup was hollow!!!! A big hole where ice cream could have been.-13/10Never going there again

Great food and service was ok too. I loved the price to be honest. It was also not a bad Burger, well filled and good flavour. Could have had a better placement of the patty but they were so busy I guess it's OK.

As Hungry Jack's go this one is actually pretty good. They are always quite busy but seemed to provide quick service and you never have to wait too long for your food. It's always come out hot here and crispy fries and onion rings are the norm. Obviously a well-run establishment.
