They have no idea what they are doing. Dont know how they keep operating.- Failed to produce travel insurance PDS. Not only that the staff suggest to write me one!- Have no understanding of Visa application process and charge for the service- took 4 visit to complete a simple tasks- avoid this place save headache. or expect to do administration yourself.Put simply they are quite useless.

The staff is patient and reliable and tried her best to help me to contact the airline for the flight cancellation. At least saved 2 hours to wait for the airline operator to take my call...good experience and will come back for booking the next trip.
